The third surveillance audit of the company was carried out on 26th of January, 2011 in which system found effective and continued to meet the requirement of ISO 9001:2008. The certificate would remain valid.

8th Management Review Meeting was conducted on 19th of January 2011, to discuss overall performance of all departments and their progress towards set objectives. Customer’s feedbacks were also discussed and found satisfactory and complaints received from customers were highlighted as well.
